As I reported in the survey, I was most satisfied with all aspects of the move, but it would be remiss of me not to single out your driver, Bill. From his first call the day before the loading, to the call the day itself letting me know where he was and when he would be arriving, I sensed the move was in capable hands. He and his two helpers worked non-stop all day, and probably would have skipped lunch if I hadn't insisted they sit down and have a sandwich and drink. The delivery was scheduled for noon the next day. Bill had given me his phone number in case I needed to get in touch with him in the meantime. That fine man came right over, brought me enough food for breakfast and lunch (and would not accept reimbursement), helped me get the house ready for the move, and in general kept me reasonably calm. Since I'm an 80-year old woman, he had his work cut out for him. Meanwhile Bill and his helper worked quickly and efficiently all day, putting everything together and in its place. There were a few things I couldn't find, and Bill went out of his way to open boxes and find them for me. I just want you to know what a gem of an employee you have. He has the energy of a dynamo, seriously cares about the customer, and is proud of the company he works for.
